RETURN POLICY
We at Pin-iT Military Uniform Tools value our customers and want to ensure a great experience when shopping with us. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to return the item(s) in good condition within 15 days for a refund. However, please note that special order products like magnetic thin ribbons or personalized items will be accepted for returns on a case-by-case basis. We will only accept Magnetic Thin Ribbons that have attachments/devices if there is an error on our part.
Please ensure you have approval from your command prior to ordering a Magic Rack or any Magnetic Thin Ribbons, as we cannot accept any returns on magnetic thin ribbons as they are custom-made to your service needs.
All returned items must be in the original packaging that you received them in. Any returned incomplete or damaged product will not be credited for a full refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return an item, please follow the steps outlined below:
Contact us within 15 days of the original ship date by calling 954-358-9473 or emailing us at sales@pinitcard.com to inform us of your intention to return the product.

FOR A SMOOTH RETURN PROCESS
We recommend using a shipping method such as USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, where a tracking number is provided.
SHIPPING
We understand that you may have an emergency and need your items/magnetic thin ribbons as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that purchasing Priority mail for your magnetic thin ribbon racks does not mean that your ribbons will be delivered to you within 2-3 days of purchase. Using this option, as with any shipping option for your custom ribbon orders or any item purchased, means that once your order is completed, we will ship it out using the shipping method you chose. The time it takes for us to make and ship out your order depends on how many orders are in front of you.
If you need a Magnetic Thin Ribbon Rack by a certain date, please contact us first to see if we can accommodate your specified delivery date.
We cannot guarantee delivery times to overseas, APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APO/FPOs may be affected by the USPS. Please consult the USPS or your unit mail rooms for information about delivery times to your specific location.
NOTE: Choosing an expedited shipping option for an APO/FPO address does not ensure faster delivery. We will do our best to get your products out in a timely manner, but keep in mind that order volume dictates when an order is shipped.
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
If the product has a defect when you receive it, we will either re-make your order FREE OF CHARGE or offer a discount based on a case-by-case basis (depending on the circumstances). We make it our goal to ensure you have a great experience on our website and with the products we provide. Please reach out with any questions or concerns you may have, and we will try our best to resolve any issues. For warranty on ribbons and attachments, if an attachment or device falls off your ribbon, we will work with you to try and replace the device or ribbon, depending on the circumstance, within 90 days of the purchase. Just like other ribbon rack companies and traditional slide on ribbon racks, they tend to wear out or fade, and attachments tend to fall off. We cannot guarantee that your ribbons will be in pristine condition for the life of your enlistment , If you misplace a ribbon or a subsequent award/ attachment/ device falls off after the 90 purchase period, you will need to reorder a new ribbon from our ribbon rack builder page.
